    Hello all,

    Ive been on total solution for a month and a half and ive lost 2.5 stone already.... well today i went shopping and brought a new skirt for the summer and a few new tops as all my clothes have grown. so i took a couple of pics to show everyone. (please ignore the goofy face i was talking to my 4 year old as i took pic) xxx

    It's absolutely crazy how much I've lost so quick I lost 14lbs in week one. The rest I think is due to the fact I voluntary in school 2 days go college 1 day and mon to fri nights I work till midnight/1am as well as being housewife/mummy.

    I feel fantastic! Full of energy and my confidence is growing. I haven't had a cheat night since starting been very disciplined with myself as last time I'd have a cheat night once a week or once a fortnight so I decided to allow myself a break only when I a) couldn't take it anymore or b) a special occasion. I do have a special night out on Saturday so I will be eating but being good about it as I've still got a little way to my target but almost there feels fab xxxx

    Omg I have just got back from shopping with my lol monster, we were walking home through town and 2 blokes walked past one made a comment at me and the other turned round and said "yeah but she's got not t*ts and you've gotta have them"
    I'm either being over sensitive but when I was bigger it was horrid comments and now I'm getting horrid comments I literally got in and took a pic and sent to hubby and asked him!!!!

    Insecure little boys that have nothing better to do with their time! Ignore them and remember you're gorgeous! Also you can win! If you were bigger you'd get nasty comments and even now your slim some w4n7er wants to make himself feel better. Xx

    Well done on losing so much so quickly! I have to say I think you look really slim now and are well into the BMI healthy range so I really wouldn't be worrying about that meal out. I know weightloss is a really personal thing but you should be really careful about staying on total solution until you reach your target as most people continue to lose weight during refeed and you could easily fall into an underweight BMI.
    Sorry if that sounds preachy or opinionated but you have already achieved a really nice figure x

    Week 1 = 12st11lbs = -5lbs = -10lbs total
    Week 2 = 12st11lbs = STS (regained 5lbs first 4 days and lost it again)
    Week 3 = 12st10lbs = -1lb (TOTM) = 11lbs total

    I'd decided to get to 9st 7 before refeed.... I'm now at 9st 9 .... My fear of food has set in and getting my head around refeed is taking a while I know I can't stay on total any longer it just suits my life soooo much as I work as a voluntary teaching assistant by day and night in a sports bar so meals suit as quick and easy..... I wish the refeed was easier zxxxxxx

    Well done Maria, you look amazing and what an achievement! Have you heard about gaining 5-15lb water weight when you reintroduce carbs?? I've only just started reading up on this, and its not supposed to make you any fatter, its just literally water carbs use/hold. If anyone has experience of this or has done more research, I'd love to hear it.
    Back after a year Didn't put it all back on tho
