Hi Everyone,
This is just a quick message I had to write as I finally met goal! I went to London for a long weekend and thought Id weigh myself this morning to check the damage to have found I have lost 3lbs so it take me 2lbs below target. Ive been off Exante for about 6 weeks now but still losing through healthy eating and exercise. So pleased!! I am now a maintainer. I started at size 18/20 and at the weekend bought a pair of size 12 hotpants!! I am so happy and determined to maintain now.
I know this is the hard bit so will need lots of advice!
