How many carbs?

I have been trying to stay below 70 a day on ws. I also try to keep the meal below 400 calories too. I have still lost well on that. My last weigh in doesn't reflect that though as I had 3 days off for a weekend away. x
 
I decided to just go for the total solutions again and try my hardest not to give in to temptation. I done so well the first week then after that was cheating all the time. So I know I can def do it if it did it the first week and lost 9lbs.
 
You can loose weight faster if you do ts. I have done ws for quite a few weeks and now need to speed up my losses so Im going for as many ts days as I can.
