Week 5 -Lost 2lbs(now 22lbs lost) in 100 club
Week 6-Lost 2.5lbs(now 24.5lbs lost)
Week 7- Lost 2.75lbs ( now 27.25lbs) 0.75lbs to 2 stone.
Week 8- Lost 5lbs ( now 32.25lbs) TOTM
Week 9- STS still 32.25lbs loss
Week 10- Lost 4lbs ( Now 36lbs)![]()
Week 11 - Only 4 days of plan before holiday -1lb( Now 37lbs)
Week 12- Holiday +4lbs (33lbs)but great holiday
Mini Target- 2 stone by end of March- weighed 29/3 and lost 2lbs for my 2 stone loss.(29.25lbs now)
Week 13- Lost 6lbs ( 4lbs Id put on and 2 extra) 39lbs in weight loss- 20lbs left to do
Week 14- STS ( Very annoying but hey ho ) 39lbs still.
Week 15 -Lost 2lbs (41lbs) 1lb to 3 stone mark. 18lbs to Goal.
Overall to lose 59lbs
