Not to put on weight in America (there for a month) (put 4lbs on not bad)
Fit in 10/8 comfortably
Lose my wobbly tummy
Lose my muffin top
Go on Sun holiday and love wearing a bikini.
Get rid of all old clothing that's big
Find a balance between happiness, food, and exercise

Kept the weight off, fell pregnant, roll on 3 years. Got up to 18.4, dieted on and off til Summer 2012 got to 16.9 starting S&S 1/8/12. Was a size tight size 22, lost 3 stone stopped and put 1.5atone on
restarting 30th April at 15.4 sick of being heavy. Want to get back down to under 14 stone then will regroup
