Main Goal is reach 12stone
First mini goal is to see the next stone down, in the 14st bracket! yipeeeee!
2nd goal is to get back into my size 16 John Rocha jeans (on and sooo comfy now!!!)
3rd goal get into the 13stone bracket!! 6lbs to go!!
I've gone twice to the spa and was fine with the sauna was great to help kick off those exante chills. Just be careful when you stand up as it can make you light headed.

Eat more healthy fats (nuts fish etc)
Fit in size 12 comfortably
Not to put on weight in America (there for a month) (put 4lbs on not bad)
Fit in 10/8 comfortably
Lose my wobbly tummy
Lose my muffin top
Go on Sun holiday and love wearing a bikini.
Get rid of all old clothing that's big
Find a balance between happiness, food, and exercise

I went and was fine, just drunk more water to re hydrate the body don't want it going into retention mode after the sauna !!
