Exante Exercisers
Hi everyone
I decided to start this thread to allow people to post what they are doing to tone up as the weight drops off.
There are ladies out there getting into Shredding in a big ( if painful) way. Others like myself are gym bunnies. Some enjoy swimming, running or walking. The Wii and Zumba seem to be popular too.
Just feel a whole lot of people out there are doing tremendous work and this thread might be a good place to air their achievements and encourage others to take up some form of exercise.:D

Its 11:15pm and im still waiting for OH to get off the Xbox and go to bed so i can complete Day 3 of shredding! Its going to be a very late one, He's not showing any signs of moving yet. I predict the early hours, but its got to be done late or not - No excuses ;) xx

Just back from the gym used up 400 cals in 1 hour. Feel great! :D
Will try to do some powerhoop in a few minutes as I still have gym clothes on! :)

Did 10 mins powerhoop and used 72 cals just wondering how that compares with Shredding?

Mere- I cannot believe how much exercise you do! You must be super duper fit! Good for you! What weight is your hoop?

I think my hoop weighs 1.5 or 2 kg not sure as I was trying to weigh it on the kitchen scales! :D

I try to exercise for an hour at least, 6 days a week. Before I started on Exante I only did 4 days a week. :D

Mine is 1.36kg :) Wish there was a powerhoop class near me- I bet its so much better than doing it in the living room! Haha.
