I decided to start this thread to allow people to post what they are doing to tone up as the weight drops off.
There are ladies out there getting into Shredding in a big ( if painful) way. Others like myself are gym bunnies. Some enjoy swimming, running or walking. The Wii and Zumba seem to be popular too.
Just feel a whole lot of people out there are doing tremendous work and this thread might be a good place to air their achievements and encourage others to take up some form of exercise.
