    Talking EXANTE Weight Loss Achievement Badges!

    I hope this is ok Mods

    I noticed lots of members have badges on their signatures to show their weight loss achievements on Slim & Save, Weight Watchers, Slimming World etc. There are no Exante badges so i made my own today. They're not brilliant but i did what i could.

    Please feel free to take them

    The images are larger when you click on them, so you can enlarge them, save them, upload them to your own photo sharing account like PhotoBucket etc and resize, add into signature etc. OR you can just right click on the badges you want and click view image info. (This will make them smaller on your sig though) This will give you the photos location,

    Example (this is the location address for the 14lbs badge) You just put this in your signature when it asks you for the photo URL

    my first goal of 50lbs - 23.2lb to go

    Had a break due to house moving restarted 17.06.13 with sml enjoying the support and food

    Is there any chance this could be made a sticky, to find easier in times of greater losses ?

    Ultimate Goal - To be able to look down and see my bikini line to shave it, and not have to do it from memory

    Rules
    1. Never buy anything bigger than a size 16.
    2. Meal plan and write/log everything down.
    3. If I fall off plan on my diet, don't wait until the next day to restart. Brush my teeth, and restart straight away.
    4. Don't overeat. Only eat enough so that I could go for a decent walk straight after eating, even if I'm not.
    5. Exercise for a minimum of 30 mins 5 times a week
    6. Always, always weigh in on a Tuesday. Except when away on holiday
    7. Only ever drink alcohol in social occasions - never alone.

    Goals

    1. BMI under 35 - 16st 13lbs
    2. BMI of 32.5 - 15st 10lbs
    3. BMI of 30 - 14st 7lbs
    4. Overweight - 14st 6lbs.
    5. BMI of 27.5 13st 4lbs
    6. Feel comfy in a size 14.
    7. Maintain Goal 6

    If you are tired of starting over, then stop giving up !

    Goal 1 - to stay on Exante a week with no slips
    (achieved)
    Goal 2 - get to 22st
    Goal 3 - lose 10% starting weight (21st)
    Goal 4 - Get into 19's
    Goal 5 - weigh 18stones = BMI under 40

    I'm looking forward to horse riding, canoeing, scuba diving, hot air ballooning and lots of other things I want to do again when I get to less than 14stone.
