    You have a little cheat, 85% dark chocolate, thinking its the lesser of evils, but then your ten pound puppy scoffs the rest while you're not looking and the next thing you know your at the vets a midnight to the tune of 150 quid. The most expensive chocolate bar I have ever bought! Lesson learnt. DO NOT CHEAT!

    Week 1: 14st 7.4lb -9.2lb = total lost 9.2lb

    Week 2: 14st 3.2lb -4.2lb = total lost: 13.4lb
    Week 3: 13st 13.8lb - 3.4lb = total lost 16.8lb
    Week 4: nowt, nada, zip :-( = total loss 16.8lb
    Week 5 1/2: 13st 9.0lb - 4.8lb lost = total lost 21.6lb
    Week 6: won't be weighing in!

    Almost Week 8: End of June weigh-in challenge..! Can't wait :-)

    Goal 3: get to 13st - lost the two stone gained in last year
    Goal 4: get into last summers clothes
    Goal 5: not blow it on weekends away & holiday
    Goal 6: enjoy buying clothes again
    Goal 7: maintain

    Thanks Smidge, yes he is fine now, but it was really scary. I don't know what I'd do if anything happened to him. And I am completely back on track, the slip up really spurred me on!
