Week5: -1lb - 13st 6lbs even though some VERY indulgent meals were had(35ins)

I like The South Beach Diet Cook book. Some Cracking recipes.
Only Negative is book has no pics (bit boring to read) it is my fav low carb book. You would need to Double Check recipes r suitable. My fav is chicken & Lime Dressing but it is just over 400cal.
Of Course use recipes on Exante Website for Guidance.
Also has some lovely Breakfast Muffin recipes for Low Carbing when u r finished with Exante.
Its not bad, alright if you're short on time, I picked it up from a cheap book shop. I personally prefer the second book, I use it loads. The recipes don't really take that long to put together at all and they're so filling. My fave is the warm steak salad...nom nom nom!!!!![]()
