    Porridge...pancakes?

    Hi there!

Im planning to try exante after doing Slim and Save....and one of my fave things on Slim and Save was to make pancakes out of the porridge packs....basically just an egg, a porridge pack and a tinyy bit of water. Does anyone know if this is possible with the exante porridge packs? I havent bought any packs just yet...and Im trying to work out what will appeal to me most (for example, I hate soup! lol). Thanks!

I very much doubt the pancakes would be allowed - additional calories/protein source and I assume they have to be cooked a while which would destroy some of the nutrients from the packs.

You could try it say on week three and see if the extra calories from the egg affects your weight gain. It wouldn't be the worst thing in the world as eggs are low carb, but if you were wanting to stick strictly to TS then it would be risking less weight loss as quickly.

Update. I do it. Its fine. I use egg white only which adds about 15-20 cals, about 3g protein and 0 carbs.
