I had this last night and it was so yummy!

I used my vegetable soup powder and mixed it with about 150-200ml
I added two tablespoons of curry powder (or to taste)
I then added a teaspoon of cinnamon to sweeten as I love sweet curries

Its so great! If your having trouble with the diet, you could try this with some skinny rice? (made from konjac plant- 8 carbs per serving)

I should have taken a picture- it was great!
I'd been having issues with the vegetable soup for a while... I only seemed to be able to drink it as a cuppa soup but as a 'curry' the consistency is great!
