Anyone on day 1 today may 28th

Day 1.. I was 11.6 but gained a,few over bank hols.. Aiming for the the 9s.. Come on peeps

I started on the 27th, so currently on day 4. Feeling great tho, was a bit hard this morning walking round asda and not being able to buy anything so I treated myself to a new pair ov shoes instead I'm in the 12's and hoping to get into the 10's. good luck on ur journey
