Anyone in 19s? Or am I the fattest here? :(
I am currently 19.4 and want to be 14.4 as my first goal, but am desperate to get to the 16s again.
Anyone as heavy as me?
I was 19st 2lb when I stated in March. I'm now 15st 1lb. It will soon go if you stick to the diet. It will still go down even with the occasional blip but down it will go.

My clothes tell me I'm smaller but my head doesn't lol.
It's nice to be able to walk up two flights of stairs and still be able to talk when I get there rather than just concentrating on breathing!
I do sometimes fail but rather than give up altogether I just accept it and get back on track asap. I am hopeful one day of weighing somewhere in the region of 10 stones but realise its a long way off.
