In the 16's want to be in the 15's
Hi everyone I'm starting today 100% and looking round at posts and pictures it's amazing what this diet can do x well done to everyone. I'm going to take it a stone at a time I'm 16.9 this morning on day one so here's to my first week and I'm hoping to be in the 15's in a couple of weeks so I can then look forward to the 14's. this will prob make me cry as any diet I have done I seem to get stuck at 15.2 and never ever have I broke this in 5 years so I'm hoping this is the diet to do this !!!!
