20's into 19's?

I'm starting packs on Monday. Not sure what my start weight is yet, but is there anyone else that started at such a large weight who is on their journey or who has succeeded. It's such a long way to go!
 
Hiya I am of a similar weight to you and have just gone into the 19's from the 22's :) since end of July. Have hit a few bumps along the way thats why its taken so long but as so pleased with the almost 3st loss since starting. I hope to be into the 17's within the next few weeks - have a months supply to get through and if close by the end of that will buy some more. The trick is to deal with one day at a time and if necessary 1lb at a time. Fortunately on this plan its quite quick and the effort does show good results. :) Good luck and keep at it - you will get there xx
 
Hi, how are you getting on?
I'm starting on Thursday and I'm about 20 stone, need to get weighed before I start, impatient to start feeling better!

I have such a long way to go to reach my goal, but I am going to take it bit by bit as the world cannot come to me all at once! Good luck to all in the same boat as me. Am confident that if we help each other that we all can do it!! :bliss:

Finally cracked my restart, now on day 4. I can manage from here in as know the worst is behind me. 17 stone is just a mid point goal for me, its where my body actually starts to show my losses. Have a holiday booked for july so will be shaking until end of june and then refeed. After that seeing how i feel and how low i want to go.

You are right - we CAN all do this. I said on my diary the other day that the bad food was here before I started (hence I got to this size) and its still there now to tempt me, but it will also still be there when I am a size I am happy with and I can slowly factor it back in in moderation rather than gorging like I have before. After all the hard work I will have done, I doubt I would dare stuff myself silly again without at least then being good for a week to make up for it!!

We will succeed :)

Hello if anyone is there, I'm on a restart and have just finished my first week!
I lost 10lbs which I'm over the moon with, 2 lbs and I'm in the 19's which I would love to whizz through as I only start to see my weight loss at that weight!
 
Well done Iv restarted too and lost 10 lbs, I'm 22.4 stone and desperate to get in the 19s cos that's when I start to feel slimmer and with that get the dieting bug

Sorry it's been so quiet on here I didn't check to see if I had a reply!
My week has been really difficult, I've struggled to drink the fluids and I've had many a battle with my brain to stop myself from eating!
Weighed in and only lost 1lb so far this week, bit disappointed but official weigh in is sat morning so I might lose some by then, fingers crossed!
Hope your doing ok
1 lb to go and I leave here, so hurry and catch up lol !!
