Thread: 17's to 15's (16's will fly off so fast I won't notice them)!

    17's to 15's (16's will fly off so fast I won't notice them)!

    3rd weigh day today and another 5.5 lbs off! Really pleased.

    But god it's so hard being motivated when you still just feel so fat!

    Something happened to my knee about 4 weeks ago (which kicked my ass in gear to get on a diet again!). It's swollen, incredibly painful and I've got muscular pains up the side of my leg. I can barely walk. Getting out of the car is torture. I can't crouch or kneel. I'm on my feet all day at work and have to take loads of painkillers to get me through the day.

    The trouble is that my pride will not let me go to the doctors because I know I'll get a big lecture about my weight and how it's all self inflicted. But god it's so hard to keep positive and "think slim" when you're hobbling around like an old lady (I'm 35!). I hope the damage isn't permanent, but it feels pretty serious.

    So the 15's can't come quick enough. Because I ain't going to the quacks until I can say "listen matey; I've done as much as I can in this short time; now please do something to help me!"

    If only I could fast forward my life by about 6 weeks.... So much to lose but also so much to gain x

    This isn't going to happen as only lost 8lbs in first week taking me to 16.8lbs. Not going to do 9lbs in week two unless there's a miracle! But I WILL be in 15s by end of week three.

    OMG, I don't think I'm going to be in the 15s by the end of week three now either as only lost 2lbs this week so still 7lbs to lose to get me to 15st 13lbs. I'm not going to lose 7lbs in week three so have to accept it's going to be week four by the time I get into the 15s. My expectations have been totally coloured by what I achieved on Lipotrim in 2011 when I lost 12lbs week one and then 7lbs in week two. It's coming off much slower this time, plus I haven't been 100% which I was then. Still, am trying to remain positive. Fingers crossed for a bigger loss next week.

    So, I've just completed week four and I'm still not in the 15s. 16 stone exactly so will definitely be there next week. Think I could have been there this week but had a day of cheats yesterday, including an enchilada i.e. carbs, so think I've probably had one of those temporary gains.
