3rd weigh day today and another 5.5 lbs off! Really pleased.
But god it's so hard being motivated when you still just feel so fat!
Something happened to my knee about 4 weeks ago (which kicked my ass in gear to get on a diet again!). It's swollen, incredibly painful and I've got muscular pains up the side of my leg. I can barely walk. Getting out of the car is torture. I can't crouch or kneel. I'm on my feet all day at work and have to take loads of painkillers to get me through the day.
The trouble is that my pride will not let me go to the doctors because I know I'll get a big lecture about my weight and how it's all self inflicted. But god it's so hard to keep positive and "think slim" when you're hobbling around like an old lady (I'm 35!). I hope the damage isn't permanent, but it feels pretty serious.
So the 15's can't come quick enough. Because I ain't going to the quacks until I can say "listen matey; I've done as much as I can in this short time; now please do something to help me!"
If only I could fast forward my life by about 6 weeks.... So much to lose but also so much to gain x

14/02/14 - 18st 2.5lb - 3 days of nibbling so not in ketosis, shocked I'd lost this in 3days! = 5.5 lb
21/02/14 - 17st11lb = 5.5 lb (hoped for more due to ketosis)
28/02/14 - 17st 5.5lbs = 5.5 lb
07/03/14 - 17st 1.5 lbs = 4.0 lb
total so far = 1st 6.5lbs
