Hey everybody I've tried the exante 2 and I succeeded both times.. now I've come off anti depressants and all my hard work went right out of the window and had to start again... I kept putting doing the diet off .. the usual I'll start it today and by the time it's 6 or 7 I crumble... Last night was a knew low for me. I've always felt self conscious.. but this time I actually felt repulsed.. so I'm coming back with a vengeance.. I want to support and I'm looking for support to ....
