    day 10, feeling lightheaded?

    Yesterday was day 10 for me, and its the first time I felt lightheaded and dizzy and weak, so naughtily I ate something last night. Was this the right thing to do?
    Slimming down for Mexico baby!
    Goal A: Stick at it the 1st week!
    Goal 1: Get to 12 stone
    Goal 2: Get to 11.5 stone
    Goal 3: Get to 11 stone
    Goal 4: Get to 10.5 stone

    depends what you ate !! normally I find the dizzyness goes pretty quickly and I just have a nice glass of coke zero .

    I've not experience any dizziness or anything like that yet but I imagine if I did then I would eat something similar, cant see that it would have made much of a difference at all.

    Week 14 -6lbs
    44/85lbs gone - 51.76% of target loss completed

    good ol' E&H won't do you a bit of harm! Make sure you keep the fluids up, it should pass soon if it hasn't already
    Start: 14st 10lbs & waist measurement 41ins
    Week1: -9lbs - 14st 1lb (39ins)
    Week2: -4lbs - 13st 11lbs (TOTM) (36.5ins)
    Week3: -1lb - 13st 10lbs ..It's still a loss (36ins)
