    Angry Bad week

    Well I knew I should have come on here more the last week for motivation and for willpower to be strong. Weighed in this week and STS . so very annoying but my own fault entirely . Tempted by family coming down and socialising too much. Im off out in a little while to buy my water for the week and intend to be 100% commited this week . Need to lose 3 or 4lbs to get back on track otherwise Im not gonna look good on holiday the end of May. So back on it and visiting you all on the forum for the next week for inspiration . Hope everyone else has a good week.






    Week 1 -Lost 9lbs
    Week 2 - Lost 4lbs ( now 13lbs lost)
    Week 3 - Lost 4lbs (now 17lbs lost)
    Week 4 - Lost 3lbs(now 20lbs lost)TOTM
    1-4 Target 1stone 7lbs -20lbs (missed by 1lb)

    Week 5 -Lost 2lbs (now 22lbs lost) in 100 club
    Week 6-Lost 2.5lbs(now 24.5lbs lost)
    Week 7- Lost 2.75lbs ( now 27.25lbs) 0.75lbs to 2 stone.
    Week 8- Lost 5lbs ( now 32.25lbs) TOTM
    Week 9- STS still 32.25lbs loss
    Week 10- Lost 4lbs ( Now 36lbs)
    Week 11 - Only 4 days of plan before holiday -1lb( Now 37lbs)
    Week 12- Holiday +4lbs (33lbs)but great holiday
    Mini Target- 2 stone by end of March- weighed 29/3 and lost 2lbs for my 2 stone loss.(29.25lbs now)
    Week 13- Lost 6lbs ( 4lbs Id put on and 2 extra) 39lbs in weight loss- 20lbs left to do
    Week 14- STS ( Very annoying but hey ho ) 39lbs still.
    Week 15 -Lost 2lbs (41lbs) 1lb to 3 stone mark. 18lbs to Goal.

    Week 13-18 Gained 16lbs, thats hotel living for you!, restart 13.7 bloody hell!
    Week 19: -6.6lbs SW
    Week 20: -3.2lbs yaaayyy! SW
    Week 21: +1.6 hrumph, change back to JUDDD/SW

    You're not alone PB, i am having a nightmare time of it at the moment. So much so that i am not weighing in this Friday, just gonna keep going through until the following week and focus on the diet rather than weight loss.

    Thank you for all your support. It really means the world when you know how others feel and we all have bad weeks. 43 days till holiday , 6 weeks on friday. So if I lose on avg 2lbs a week that 12lbs just under a stone.
