Thread: well think i have to stop the shakes for a while

    Total Weight Loss: 0st13.6lb
    Weight to Lose: 2st2.5lb

    well think i have to stop the shakes for a while

    why? because theres a chance i could be pregnant and your not meant to take them while pregnant are you? if i am pregnant the egg should be implanted in a day or 2 so i dont know what to do. do i carry on drinking them until i find out im pregnant or do i not take them in case theres a chance i am not. or do i wait until my period is due and if it arrives start drinking them again then? i just worry about gaining all the weight ive lost back as ive lost 8-9lbs already. my period is due in 6 days

    if there is a real possibility you are pregnant I would come off the shakes , you could have 3 shakes and a meal , stay low cal and low carb but come out of ketosis . Its safer for any baby
