Horrible cramping all over- paracetamol??
Does anyone know if it's okay to take pain relief on exante? Being as it'd be on an empty stomach? Also vitamin supplements?? Am suffering with nasty cramping, thought of giving this up but want to try and resolve it first!

Are we talking general cramp or TOTM cramp, if general body cramp have 2 cups of bouillon per day, not the low sodium one as it's very likely due to flushing out all of the salt from your body

It's like a vegetable stock, the most popular one here seems to be the one by Marigold, you will find it in the supermarket next to the stock cubes and stuff. Just stick about a level tsp in a cup and add water, nice savoury drink and will keep that cramp at bay xxxx

i take pain killers and have no problems as for vitamins this diet is 100% of your RDA.
