New start
Hi everyone,
I am starting Exante tomorrow and I have a lot to lose, about 7 stone!
I am hoping to manage this in 7-8 months. It will be hard going but I hope I can do it.
I'm sick of stuffing myself full of crap and feeling rubbish. My blood pressure is also through the roof and my GP has warned me I'm heading for type 2 diabetes.
I would welcome any advice as I live with my partner who eats all the time and doesn't need to worry. Does anyone have tips for meal times?
I'm looking forward to getting to know you all.

Hiya, when my hubby and kids eat (eg burgers and wedges tonight) I clean the kitchen, eat my bar etc and when they've finished I put washing up liquid on the leftovers put them in a separate bag and out to the bin. Extreme measures I know but it works for me as evenings are the worst x
