Does anyone know how many exante water flavouring can I use a day? The carb is 0.4g in a tbs (5g serving).
In some older threads I noticed the carb used to be 3,5g in a tbs. Have they changed the ingredients recently? I am new in exante. Planning to start tomorrow. Well.... if I can stay strong. I'm concerned about the afterword, wether I will be able to maintain or will be in yoyo.
