With no hunger and no appetite, I'm really struggling to have all 3 packs. I know it's bad to not have 3, and failing to have them all can take you into starvation. Anybody else also struggling with this??

Yes, it will last for couple of days.Try ur best to stomach all three packs and that's what I did.Now I feel ok.
I'm the same Emma - and wondering how the hell i'm getting through the day - i managed 2 yesterday and done 2 today and its time for bed - not good!
Think tomorrow I'm going to time them better

I'm having the same problem and feel slightly sick today! I'm going to just try having 3 shakes tomorrow and see if they are any easy to stomach 3 as it is just like having a drink!
WEEKLY WEIGHT LOSS
Week 1: -8lb(would've been more but I had a few moments of weakness over the weekend
)
Week 2: +2lb(no1 but myself to blame for numerous cheats!!)
Week 3: +2lb (threw the diet out the window)
Week 4: -4lb (started eating healthy(er) again but weight loss mainly due to being ill)
Week 5: weigh in next Monday - starting total solution again - with exceptions of work xmas socials etc
Total Loss - 8lb

I had this problem yesterday - forced myself to have 1 last pack before bed.
Today it's gone 6pm and I've only had one and I was hungry earlier but was out and didn't have a pack - now I'm home and not hungry at allWill have to force myself again!
