    30 Day Challenge

    I have tried this diet on an off all year i normally only survive 7 days which is crazy because I'm not hungry after 7 days and yet i always eat so i have set a 100 per cent 30 day challenge which im hoping i would want to continue at the end of the 30 days but right now hello to Day 1 and all day today i need to remember thst in may i will be wearing a swimming costume on holiday xxx

    Good luck! I'm starting on Monday (hopefully if the products arrive as promised) so don't really know that to expect yet. I'd been trying to lose weight with general healthy lifestyle changes, it got me so far but I've been at a plateau now for months and my diabetes (type 2) control is getting worse so hopefully going on a vlcd will give me a good kick up the backside! Hope today hasn't been too painful for you and you keep on doing really well!

    Hi, Im hoping to start tomorrow if my Exante arrives, i ordered late friday! so I'm in for the 30 day challenge - quick question though as Im a complete newbie to this diet, the website says you must have a break and go onto simple/working solution after 3 weeks so how come people manage 30 or even 100 days on total solution? Anyway goodluck all xxx
