    Feeling Super Well

    When I was starting out this diet I had a bit of a cold coming on, but after a day it had gone completely. Everyone in my office has been quite sick, and I've been full of beans. Does this diet improve your immune system, or have I just been lucky? I feel like I have superhuman powers!

    Weight lost November 2012: 16lbs (From 15st 6lbs to 14st 4lbs)
    Take three starting 02/01/13: Starting weight 14st 6lbs. Let's see how it goes... (It didn't really go...)

    Take four & feeling fab starting 30/01/13: Starting weight 14st 3lbs.

    It's probably to do with the fact that before starting the diet it's unlikely we were getting 100% of the vitamins we needed. Now we definitely are, even if we aren't getting the calories!
    I don't need a diet....

    I need a new lifestyle...

    Like most people I always feel rubbish for the first few days and take it easy until the end of week 1.
    After week 1 I feel fab
    Week 1 = 13lbs!!!!
    Week 2 = 5lbs
    Week 3 =


    December Challenge to loose 10lbs starting 02/12/12.
    Loss so far:3lbs - 7lbs to go!!
