    Restart monday and party season plans

    Had few days off plan. Starting again tomorrow. It's easier when I'm at work.

    I don't feel bad, I could but I'm done with self punishment (of that kind at least!). I have enough hang ups without adding to this. Although I realise not sticking to plan is a colossal waste of time and effort! So drawing a line under it and learned that I do not do well in social settings so early on in my journey! I'm going to be extremely antisocial until Xmas and just not go out which means all my Xmas parties are cancelled. Far cry from my earlier thoughts.

    I can think of a few excuses I'm sure. Not sure how I'm going to get around work one. It's political as well as social and I don't need the hassle that would come from not going. Any thoughts?

    I have the same worries.... Especially as it seems when I tell people what I'm doing they become hell bent on trying to get me to eat or drink something! If its just alcohol, driving or antibiotics are always good, but if its food too I have found the best thing to say is that you have a really upset tummy and just couldn't face anything. It's the only thing that has worked for me! Although not sure how often you can use it..... I just keep thinking it's not forever x

    It's generally people that don't understand VLCD that try to encourage you to eat or sadly sometimes pure jealousy.
    Week 1 = 13lbs!!!!
    Week 2 = 5lbs
    Week 3 =


    December Challenge to loose 10lbs starting 02/12/12.
    Loss so far:3lbs - 7lbs to go!!

    You have got to do whats best for yourself. I am not socialising till christmas eve, i'd rather have one christmas with no parties, and be a stone lighter come christmas eve :-) do always whats best for you :-) good luck
