    After having a very nasty virus I've had a week off and back on TS tomorrow. It's going to be tough but I can't stand idea of being off plan for another day! xx

    Thank you hun x it's going well so far. I've had one tea and a coffee. A litre of water and gonna have my first shake when I get home. Feel a bit queasy but just gotten out of the gym after Zumba!

    I'll be in ketosis by Friday. I have to keep telling myself that!

    Thats great. Good start with the exercise to. I have been out having tennis coaching the morning. I realise how cold your hands are on a VLCD! Glad its going well and you haven't collapsed during zumba!
