    Hiya

    What am i looking for result-wise on the Ketostix? Mine seem to stay the same colour on the little square but with a larger dot of darker colour in the middle of that square. Is this what is supposed to happen or is the whole square supposed to change?

    For me the whole square goes pink but not until I've done 3 or 4 days and I'm in ketosis. I also found out they don't have a finite life span. I was 100% for 8 weeks and they said I wasn't I. Ketosis which was wrong. If they are dark then you need to drink more. Hope this helps, good luck.
