Day 2 - so far so good
Woke up at 4am feeling very hungry. Glugged some water and went back to sleep. Been absolutely fine until just now so had my porridge. Which looks and tastes a little like very very sweet walpaper paste! However it has been very filling so confident I will last till 5pm when it will be time for my shake. Bar or soup planned for supper at 7.30pm ish and possibly a Bouillon if I'm peckish before bed. So far so good! Tomorrow will be interesting as last time I did this it was day 3 I got the headache but fingers crossed I'm ready for it this time xxx

Fingers crossed for you that you don't get any of the side effects this time. I am also on day 2 and I have all of the side effects! Not feeling too great right now, I just hope the sickly feeling in my tummy disappears as I can cope with everything else!
