    Newbie :)

    Hellooo! Newbie here.

    Today is my 2nd day on the Exante Diet TS. I got to say I am feeling pretty good. I am getting cravings for food but cravings disappear in 15 minutes so I just direct my attention elsewhere which seems to be working .

    I am currently 12st 5.5lbs and wanting to get to 10st 0lbs by my 25th birthday on May 8th.

    I think this site is amazing for motivation and also talking to people who are in the same boat as you. I'm sure I will be able to achieve my goal of 10stone.

    Come on guys we can do this

    I want to lose the same amount of weight as you in the same time scale as I am going to a wedding on 10th May. I am starting a stone lighter than you but I am only 5ft 2ins so I imagine that other than height we must be about the same size. Good luck with your weight loss I will watch out for your progress downward with interest.
