    hello, i am now starting week 3 on total solution, i can be hard the first few days and once you figure out how you like soups and shakes. i have already ordered next months batch!

You might feel a bit tired but you'll be feeling great by day 4 onwards You'll also feel fab when you step on the scales after a week then again when you see your clothes starting to get too big for you!!
