    cold weather

    Hi all,

    Just wanted to know if anyone else struggles when its cold, and what you do to over come it. I did have a small blip yesterday, I ve put it done to being so cold but would like to overcome it in future. I did try having more hot drinks, and savoury drink as well as my shakes hot. Also fire and heating both on as well as many jumpers.


    Starting weight 21st

    1st weigh in 26/1/13 = 19st 1.5lb lost 26.5lbs
    06/02/13 = 18st 10lb lost 5.5lbs
    Total lost = 32 lbs

    That's a stunning weight loss! I find doing a bit of exercise can help with feeling cold, or a hot bath.
