    Antibiotics and Ketosis?

    Hi guys, I've been doing Total so I'm in Ketosis, but I think i have tonsillitis so I'm off to try and get some Antibiotics. I assume they don't put you out of ketosis? Is it just things like Lemsip that would through you out? Ta Lx

    Thanks pup, turns out I over reacted. It's just a sore throat. So I'm on hot blackcurrant Exante drink to make me feel better.
