    Inspiring exante stores needed for support please

    I am 22stone , newly married and I'm going in hard ? I would love to hear from people who have lost weight with exante , how long we're you on it for? Please let me know I'm doing total solutions I have cambridge shakes left from my last fail started today I have a week worth so after that I'm doing exante , I know nothing so please help?
    15.04.2013- started finally!

    First Weigh in - 23st 2lbs first week Cambridge diet SS

    WK1 lost- 4.5 inches consultant forgot her scales - 3 cheat days silly me! 22/04.
    WK2 - 100%- lost 24lbs now 21st6lbs - 29/04
    wk 3 - break bank holiday no weigh in 06/05
    wk 4 - gained 8lbs - now 22st week off plan 13 /05

    wk 10
    wk 11
    wk 12
    wk 13
    wk 14
    wk 15
    Wk 16 break green and white food 1 week

    Me too...plus (as a new starter myself)....I'd suggest thinking of the task in hand in smaller chunks, set yourself mini, short term goals as opposed to thinking about the totality of what you'd like to achieve. I also try & spend a few mins each day visualising myself in say 3 months time...how I might look & feel when I'm X stone lighter come Summer time (hopefully). Good luck

    Week 2 (13/3/13) = - 2lbs
