I am drinking well over 2 litres of water a day. According to my test sticks I went into ketosis in the evening of day 1 and am still there on day 4. From reading through the posts, it seems that most people stop feeling hungry when in ketosis. Has anyone had my experience? Even food I hate is beginning to look attractive to me I am soooooo hungry.
