    How much weight could I lose?

    I'm on my fourth day of Exante. It's going better than I thought now I've got into Ketosis. I never realised how bored I would be as i must eat to relieve boredom or just to zone out for a bit when stressed alot. Anyway what I was wondering is if I stick to this diet until Oct 20th how much weight could Iose. I am 15.1 now
    Goal ~ Get through first week
    Goal ~ Get to 15 stone
    Goal ~ Get to 14 stone
    Goal ~ Get to 13 stone
    Currently 13 stone 3lb so restarting after a big slip
    Goal ~ Get to 12 stone

    Suppose it depends. I've lost over 3 stone in the same time frame, about 11 weeks. Although I started lighter and have been adding exercise most days. I think it's all down to each person to be honest
    March Challenge - 10lb - 0lb lost - 10lb to go
    February Challenge - 8lb - 13lb lost - 0lb to go

    The blurb says a stone a month but lots of people lose more than that especially in the first month, and some a bit less. Last time I did a VLCD I lost over 3st in 9 weeks, but that was combined with really intensive training for a half marathon, which I did the week after I re-fed! Good luck - if you stick with it you'll see great results really quickly, so it's good for impatient control freaks like me.

    Hi.. I managed to get to 12 stone 7 in the end.. Unfortunately I fell of the wagon and can't seem to get back on. I want to restart and do have the products. I can't seem to find the place ( motivation ) that I was in before. I feel like a totally diff person. It's so frustrating! Where has my will power gone?

    i think you just have to take the plunge and go for it, I think you should work on the fact that if you do it for a month you could be 11st 7lb, just imagine how bloody good you'd feel then

    Hi ..Im on my second day today and feeling ok. Last night was a bit hellish, had to go to bed really really early to try and fall asleep before I felt hungry. Cor 11 st 7 ilb would be great. Hopefully the 11's here I come

    Do whatever it takes to get you through the first few days, grab all the sleep you can if that helps - getting into the 11's is doable in no time for you, keep at it and you'll soon be there x
