    Day One Tomorrow!

    Starting tomorrow morning now Christmas & the New Year are done! I'm excited but also nervous about how tough it might be.

    I have a couple of targets, I have my annual medical at the end of February so want to have lost some weight before that, and then I have a friend's wedding at the end of August - my enemy is going so obviously I want to look as best I can!

    Current weight: 22st 3
    Current BMI: 39.9 (just squeaked in to obese!)



    Wk 1: -2lbs (TOTM)

    Get under 8 stone to lose
    Get under 300lbs
    Get under 100lbs to lose
    Get into the 20's
    Get into the 19's
    Lose 10% of body weight

    Also just starting out starting later today and honestly a little excited

    My first target days 17th May this year I have my engagement party and am going to be seeing a lot of old friends and want to look my best so I will allow photos to be taken. Atm cameras are not my friend lol

    Hi Calabria. I loved the bit about your enemy! You go girl! Good luck. If you stick to exante you'll get there. It really helps if you go on the diary thread and keep up with other people's diaries. Check out Alia's diary. She started out last April (I think) at about 31 stone and lost 12 stone (if I remember rightly) by Christmas. There are also some other really good diaries on there.
