    Exante Newbie

    Hi All,

    I started Exante on Friday so just coming to the end of my 3rd day . But last night and today I have had a banging headache, is this normal? Do you think it could be lack of caffine ?(I cant bear to drink black tea and don't like coffee!) When does it get easier? Please someone tell me soon! Drinking about 3ltrs water a day so am staying hydrated. But I know I need to loose the weight so I will have to carry on.

    Hi Maddie, yes it's normal so don't worry, I think it's a lack of carbs that causes it but it is something that a lot of people suffer from.

    Hi Maddie, day 3 tends to be the most horrid, it certainly was for me

    Stick with it and it will get easier honestly xx I'm onto day 7 today and feel great

    Goal 6 - Not to gain any weight in Italy!!!
    Goal 7 - Get back onto Exante 17th March
    Goal 8 - Loose a further 10lb in 3 weeks
    Goal 9 - Wear a size 16 on my 40th birthday... 10th April
    Goal 10 - Back on Exante by 21st April until goal weight reached.
