First Time Day 3
hi all, I'm brand new here and started Exante 3 days ago. I'm struggling but getting there, as a nearly 21 year old male, at uni (living at home) and working in a supermarket, this isn't easy :( Just thought I'd see if anyone can give me some motivationto stop me laying into the trifle that is taunting me from the fridge
Just think about why you want to lose weight. Pick a goal and concentrate on that, instead of the trifle.
Thanks! I'd not weighed myself when starting due to no batteries in the wii fit, just weighed expecting 15 stone + and got 14 7' so I'm made up. Feel really motivated now, I don't need trifle :P!
