    Advice needed pleasee :)

    Hey guys, i have just started cambridge diet and had never heard of exante before until now, could someone explain the stages as ive had a look on their website and im confused (probably having a moment)

    do you still go into ketosis like on cambridge?

    id be interested to swap these diets as exante have no aspartame in and less crap i suppose..

    any advice and help welcome

    Started Cambridge 15st CDC scales mine and SW scales are less 14.6

    Plan to go back to sw .. if im on a roll i may continue with Cambridge SS

    Hi Blue, it's basically the same as Cambridge except you don't have a counsellor, you buy your packs direct from the company. You have 3 packs a day, go into ketosis the same and the weight losses are the same as well.
