Starting today (for real this time)
I tried this before Christmas from a taster pack and found it quite doable so decided to try it in new year. I have a love hate relationship with alcohol and this is y it has taken me over a month to start as I needed to get my head in the right place. I'm going to attempt TS most days but I may have 4 packs instead of 3 if im struggling. Weekends I'm doing working solution otherwise I know I'll give up.
Would like to lose 4 stone. So here goes ?
