Starving! Not yet in ketosis (own fault, kept nibbling!)


But as this has definitely not made things easier, I am now on track and following it to the letter. I hate this bit! Trying to think positive thoughts (well, when images of forbidden foods don't float in and out of my subconscious at least.....).


I'm pleased I'm finally in proper diet mode but still feeling "meh" :rolleyes:

Chin up! Once ketosis hits at least you'll have one less thing on your mind :)
