Excercising on TS
I'm on TS and do my exercise by walking my dog. I now have an app that works out my calorie loss, distance, speed, ect... Yesterday I noticed that on our morning walk, I lost 550kcal and I have a question. As I walk my dog twice, I'm losing around 700kcal per day but only eating my allowed 600kcal.
is this bad or will it affect me in a wrong way?

Seemed odd, as yesterday I walked about 5 miles at fast pace was strict on my diet, but didn't lose even a pound.... :(
Give it time, it's not an exact science. It takes 3,500 calories to burn 1lb so even with 100 calorie deficit it would still probably take a couple of days. There could be lots of factors at play one day to the next which is why it's best to weigh weekly.. Don't let it put you off :)
Put the scales away - it'll drive you crazy! :eek:
Weigh once a week, then you'll see the bigger picture :)
