I'm 11 days in and compared to others my weight loss has been very slow. Have lost 4lb in total, I'm in and out of ketosis (I think the coke zero takes me out even though it's just one can a day) I'm never hungry on this diet and love the shakes. I haven't cheated and do try to drink as much water as possible (usually about 2-3 litres) I'm not even sure if I am in ketosis as it feels totally different from when I was on Atkins. On Atkins I had that funny smelling breath, and a chemically body odour! This time all I'm getting is a dry mouth that doesn't smell, and sometimes the keto stick will go pink. I don't have much to lose, infact just a few more lb's but it just won't come off!! Any advice please?
