    Current BMI: 32.4
    Goal BMI: 26.4

    Alternative bars?

    Hi guys!

    I'm not a fan of Exante bars, so no longer buy them. But god bars are easier when you're out!

    i used to use tesco ultra slim bars instead but they've stopped making them.

    Never tried biggest loser ones but I don't think they are available any more anyway. And apparently asda used to do some that were similar to Exante; but seems like these are no longer made either!!!

    (its like some kind of conspiracy )!

    Are there any other alternatives anyone knows of?

    06/09/14 - 16st 7.5lb - STS so packed it in
    11/09/14 - Weight out of ketosis and off diet 16st 8lb. Epic fail.(+0.5lb)

    20/09/14 - HOLIDAY!! (Goal weight = 15st12lb)

    1st 6lb lost / 10 lb to go to holiday goal! - unable to achieve.

    BMI Information:
    Goal BMI: 24.7
    Atkins bars are low carb, high protein, but they have lots of polyols in them, so can have laxative effects. Best to try out your tolerance of them while not out and about. The choc-mint one is lovely microwaved.
