1.5 stone before Xmas?

I'm going back to exante. I'm starting ts on wed or thurs. Do u think by the week of Xmas I will hsve 1.5 stone off?

I was 8.5stone last year and due to a rough year I hsve managed to rocket up to 10.3stone. So I want to get down to 8.7/9 stone for Xmas.

I'm only 5.2 so I don't carry weight well and 9.13stone is considered over weight for me

1.5 stone is a big ask when you've only got 2 stone to lose. They say 14lb a month so you should be happy at that. You never know tho, some people lose quicker and more so finger crossed for ya x
