Weight/Strength training?

Does anyone do this on TS? Or know if it's ok to do? I really want to start soon, not to get bulky atall but to be lean/toned & increase metabolism. I kno it'll put the scales up cos muscle weighs more but I don't mind that, was planning to start when I get to 10st when I move onto JUDDDD, but I'm getting abit bored & restless being out of work & at home all day, I need something productive to do!x
 
I spoke to someone at Exante as I am training slowly for a half marathon and they said to do the TS on the days that you are not training and to have a low calorie meal on the days that you are training. So I am going to have meat and veg/salad on the days I exercise!
 
Thanks Jamie :) ahh, I think i'll hold off til I get to 10st then, I don't wanna add food just yet til i'm back in my size 10's. It'll work well with alternate day fasting when I get to 10st though so good to know!x
